conference packages (for all rooms)

conference package I / 3:

€ 48.- per person including 3-course lunch menu, 2 coffee breaks and drinks in conference room.

conference package I / 4:

€ 51.- per person including 4-course lunch menu, 2 coffee breaks and drinks in conference room.

conference package II:

€ 60.- per person including 3-course lunch menu, 4-course evening menu, 2 coffee breaks and drinks in conference room.

the stated prices include basic conference equipment (paper pads, biros, flip chart, presenter's kit, overhead projector, fixed screen, pinboard, telephone and modem connection)

we charge € 250.- per day for our media pack (sound system, video recorder, dvd player, cd player) and video beamer.

for a small charge we can also supply: TV, lectern, microphone, loudspeaker system, sound and editing system, dance floor, slide projector, staging.
